3 Days & Counting…

Before THE MARSCHER LORDS:Brotherhood or Death goes active on Indiegogo.com!!! This is crunch time folks, if you like the project please get behind it. You won’t be disappointed, quite the contrany. You’ll be helping make a motion picture get completed that will go on to serve as a trailer for the full length feature film which is in the works!!! Each & every one of you count. As mentioned previously, we live in revolutionary times. The technology boom has placed power into your hands previous generations never had!!! YOU NOW HAVE THE POWER!!! YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!! Now, you don’t have to take what some suit in an office in NY or LA decides what is “the best” entertainment choice for you. Moreover, what we’re doing here isn’t just “entertainment”, we’re placing a spotlight on largely hitherto unknown periods & episodes of history so there’s a large dose of education to boot. Making all these projects real & historically accurate is our  modus operandi . There’s been a great deal of sloppiness when it comes to actual historical fact in a great many big budget studio productions. Time to clean that up.  The sad part of that it, it’s not that hard to get right. Laziness is the default for some it would seem.

3 Days & Counting…

You get down to the wire like this & you’re scrambling, because there are so many things to do: you start to have panic attacks ( did I do this right? Should I have done this or that? Maybe I should have < insert option here > ). But Second Guessing never really gets anyone anywhere. When General Eisenhower gave the go-ahead to launch  Operation Overlord  (the D-Day Invasion), he didn’t second guess himself. Simply wrote a letter that would be released to the Commander-in-Chief and the press stating that “the failure was all his fault.” Robert E. Lee did the very same when – after Pickett’s Charge failed to carry the day at Gettysburg – he stated to his troops that the assault’s failure had been his and his alone, “I asked more of men than should have been asked.” Now, no one is equating the launching of this project’s Indiegogo.com page with two of history’s most climatic moments, but hopefully you get the idea.

With the production team assembled & our Ambassadors of Goodwill by Special Arrangement, we’re all in very good hands. This is a very important ingredient. It is – if you will – the solidity of the foundation. The projects sound concept, story, & dialogue build an impressive blueprint, however the best blueprints in the world are only so good as those working on it. If you have terrific building materials but have individuals who don’t know how to utilize them properly, then how good is the structure going to turn out? That is the precise reason we’ve assembled the Academy Award-nominated, Emmy-Award winning team that we have. They’re seasoned veterans and know how best to bring a story such as this to a successful fruition.
