The First Thanksgiving, 1621, by Jean-Leon Gerome Ferris

Being on the eve of Thanksgiving, all of us here @ QuarterDeck are eminently thankful for all the support that has materialized for all the projects on slate; from the venerable Sir Brick Price (& his wonderful wife Lady Laura Price)  of  Wonderworksweb.com, who are not only some of the gracious & giving  people (as well as a veritable brain trust & wealth of knowledge!), but some of the friendliest & finest people any of us have ever met. Many thanks go out to Lenser Extraordinaire  David Hansen-Sturm of Twin Palms Media for working with us under/beneath/and over top of the curve to help get all these teasers/trailers “in the Can’. ‘ Many thanks also go out to Adam Bednar & Richard A. Russo & all the wonderful guys who constitute the 5/Kp Großdeutschland for all their help & assistance in helping track ;<) down equipment & vehicles. Also, we are indebted to the National Americans in Wartime Museum & its Board of Trustees Chairman Mr. Allan Cors for all their help & assistance in providing invaluable budgetary information for the SCORCHED EARTH:The Other Side of World War II trailer,  &  to new QuarterDeck Production Corp CFO Ruby Emerald Diamond who’s experience, insight, & knowledge is of infinite assistance, and thanks to probably my biggest fan of all (well, besides Mom!) (& my biggest squeeze!) the ever-lovely Adela Denise Polk (DQ/LF). Many thanks also go out to the wonderful Mo Fitzgibbon, who provides acute insight into what makes a killer sizzle reel and always keeps us hip to the “industry” angle, and thanks go out to her for her belief in our projects and the introduction to Editor Extraordinaire  Evan Campbell, who’s rumored to have recently come up for air after being submerged in editing a documentary ;<D. And Ernesto Munilla, Web Designer Extraordinaire ; his finesse has created the beautiful, interactive website here and THE MARSCHER LORDS:Brotherhood or Death website. And where would we be without the par excellence of Ms. Jane Brewster? Her storyboards literally take on a life of their own. Nor can I fail to mention Colonel F. Lee Reynolds USAR, & Sir Gordon Hearne (& his lovely wife Jenny) both for their invaluable input into the “Masters of War: Soldiers of Distinction” sizzle reel.

Breaking News & Giving Tanks…Uhh..Thanks!!!

It’s no stretch to say we wouldn’t be where we are without all of you. All this is truly a collaborative effort.

I would be remiss to leave out the quite excellent production staff assembled for THE MARSCHER LORDS:Brotherhood or Death; not only kudos again to Sir Brick & Lady Laura, but to Production Sound Dean Andre, Director of Photography John Lynch, Producer Stephen Rollins, & my wonderful friend (& fellow partner in crime) Edwin H. Bravo. If it’s one thing Edwin & I have proven ourselves good at, it’s shakin’ things up. On that note, now the news:Medieval_Knight01

*** BREAKING NEWS ***

*** THE MARSCHER LORDS:Brotherhood or Death Will  Go Active on Indiegogo.com (on/or about) Jan 15, 2014!!! ***

Initially was going to go active on Dec 4, 2013, but per some in-depth discussions with the team & the fact that the Facebook ads are doing so well (running here in the U.S., United Kingdom, & Germany) & producing such results that we thought we’d keep them going another month. We’re at (of this writing) 1,005 likes so 2,000 should well be within reach. Full Disclosure: my Achilles Heel is/has always been impatience. So thanks to everybody who weighed in.a_charlie_brown_thanksgiving-show

To One & All I wish you & your families the Happiest of Thanksgivings!!! & don’t forget to check back for updates (as things get closer they’ll come more fast & furious!!!).
